It is a lifesaving indicator installed on various Japanese Navy ships.
This is a version with wall mounting hardware.
For use on walls of central structures such as the side of the destroyer ship, the side of the rear deck, and the lower side of the large ships.
The buoy body is 0.008 inches (0.2 mm), so it does not have any flimsy like etching.
There are differences in step for easy painting.
After painting white, apply red on a lower surface with a brush. The wall mounting hardware is painted in 3 places in hull color.
Please separate from the bulging posts.
