Q: What if the phone pop-up when connected the app?
If the pop-up is displayed on your smartphone when connected the app, please select "Connect" (Yes).In addition, depending on your smartphone device, this pop-up may take about 10 seconds to display. If you accidentally select "No" or "Cancel" to connect it will not be connected, so please delete the wireless LAN information in this smartphone app and reconnect it.
Note: Before installing it in your vehicle, please make sure to download the "Dvr-N3" on your smartphone or other device to confirm whether the app is available.This helps avoid installation and removal troubles when the app is not available.
