STEP 5: Make sure the tattoo-seal is held together with a damp towel or something similar to damp. Image may remain on the mat if moisture is not in contact with the mat.
STEP 6: If the mat contains enough water, wait for 20-30 seconds. It requires water to drip off the mat.
