When I wanted to make a sweatshirt with the HE, the first thing I thought was the hanging knitted sweatshirt fabric.

This suspension machine is said to only have hundreds of units in the world, and is an old-fashioned knitting machine that weaves knit fabrics without forcing the thread.
Instead of low production efficiency, it is durable and does not deteriorate and can be made of soft fabric that you will experience as soon as you wash it.

Now the suspenders have decreased but most of our sweatshirts called vintage until the mid-1960s are made of this fabric, and have been attracted to many fans even in the days decades later, they have been worn to show high durability and quality.

The Sweats suspension fabric is made of American Pima Cotton and woven with special yarns that are made of special threads that are extremely flexible with no twist diagonal strands during the spinning stage. This means that the yarn is made to maintain its natural condition without forcing the material through the production process. It also has been designed to be more ideal by washing it by taking advantage of the properties of the knit fabric that shrinks when wet.

In the sewing process, we use a four-needle sewing machine called a flat seamer. The seams do not show the edges of the fabric and lay flat to create a garment that feels good on the skin.

Starting from the underwear, the company has been evaluated with its own pattern research and sewing techniques that match the movement and posture, and in 2010, the company has been selected as a spaceship jacket for the Space Research and Development Organization (JAXA). We utilize the garment design and sewing technology based on our own research to create a basic look and feel that will not change out of shape even when you move.
