Description

Traditional Tosa hand-forged knife
The more you use it, it will fit in your hand, so it is also recommended as a gift for those who love cooking.
Suitable for cutting fish and birds and stripping fish with bones, meat and birds.
The spine of the knife is slightly thicker than the all-purpose knives such as Santoku knives and Boeki knives, so the blade is less likely to spill even when cutting hard objects.
Not dishwasher safe.
Made in Japan.
Note: After use, please clean the stains to prevent rusting, and wipe it with a dry cloth. Especially when cooking raw meat, raw fish or raw ingredients, especially in salty foods.
Because it is made of steel (hagane), it will rust and is not dishwasher or dish dryer.
Do not touch the blade directly when using or washing with water.
Please be sure to check before using it as old knives or inserted Japanese knives may cause the handle to be removed.
Keep out of reach of children.
Children should use this product with tribute to parents.
