■ HDMI Splitter Product FAQ

Q1: The second display is not displayed, only one display is output.The display screen is also interrupted.

A: Solution:

1, Make sure the two indicator lights with HDMI output and the power lamp is on normally.If the power lamp is not lit up, it may be running out of power.Please supply power to this product.If the HDMI indicator light is not on, please turn on the display.If you do not fix these solutions, you may have broken LED lamps.Please contact seller.

2, Please make sure the HDMI cable is within 2 meters if there is no problem with these three lamps.Also, if the device resolution is higher than 1920*1080, please convert all HDMI cables to HDMI 2.0 version HDMI cable.

3. Set the resolution and refresh rate of each of the 3 devices at the same time.(ex: make all 1920 x 1080, 60 fps) The different resolution and refresh rates of each device may not be able to output normally.

Q2: The output screen will be output normally, but the audio will be interrupted.

A: Solution:

1, Connect the HDMI splitter to the power source and make sure the power lamp is on.

2, If the power of the splitter is normal, do not use HDMI splitter and connect the signal source and display directly.If the audio is normal at this time, you may have trouble setting the resolution of this HDMI splitter and the device for this product.Set the device to the same resolution and refresh rate.The different resolution and refresh rate of one device may interrupt the audio and screen of three devices.

3. If the signal source and display are not sound even after connecting it directly, the problem may be in the signal source and the speaker on the display.Adjust the signal source and sound inside the display speaker.Please increase the volume of the external speaker if connected to an external speaker.
