MCLK is a divider module that outputs a MIDI clock or analog clock.
Divider outputs are assigned separately in both operating modes.
When you receive the MIDIStart command, the MCLK acts as a MIDI clock divider. 11 outputs have a fixed divided rate. KEYS output is a special output jack that allows you to change the divided rate by receiving MIDI notes of 3 octaves. Mixes and outputs multiple divided rates when receive multiple notes. You can set the MIDI channel to receive using the LEARN key and the minimum sound of this 3 octave range.
