Description

■ Head Shape: Cap
Barrel head with hexagonal hole
Hex wrench is used for tightening, so you can apply strong torque to tighten.

■ Thread Shape: Fine [Full screw]
Finer than the nations most standard pitch (coarse) prescribed by ISO (International Organization for Standardization) standard. Compared to coarse threads, it has a shallow valley and a larger cross-section area which makes it less likely to loose. Please note that there are multiple sizes of pitch depending on the thickness of the screw. Primarily used where precision is required.
In addition, the "full screw" is the shape of all the threads from the tip of the head to the head seat.

■Material: Iron (SCM435)
It is called chrommolybdenum steel alloy for mechanical structures, and is an alloy steel with good hardening properties.
Contains Cr (chromium) for better corrosion resistance than "iron".
Stronger than "iron" or "S45C".

■Surface treatment: Iron oxide coating
"Black Dye" is a chemical treatment that forms an iron tetrioxide coating. The rust resistance is as "better than fabric" and does not rust easily.
