How to use:


Thermal Therapy

1 Put the product in the bag and soak it in warm water about 60°. Can be used in about 4-6 minutes.
2. It can be used by placing it in the microwave (medium to low heat) for 10 seconds. If it is not hot, it will heat for another 10 seconds, but can not be heated for a long time.


Ice Therapy

1 Put it in the fridge for 30-60 minutes, then take it out and then hand knead it. Can be used after your body temperature is comfortable
2. Place in freezer for 15-30 minutes before removing and hand straining. You can use it after you feel your body temperature is comfortable.
