How to use:
1. Turn the voltage adjustment button to observe the red heat of the knife. In normal situations, the heat of the knife should be slightly adjusted from red to orange red, and the actual adjustment of the knife heat should be done according to the size of each chicken.
2. When the moving knife is heated to red, it is important to start the motor and wind turbine right away.
3. Choose a knife hole that moves slightly according to the size of the poultry, grasp the two feet of lifting the poultry with your left hand, press the thumb of the right hand behind the chicken head, and press the indexes. Touch the chicken throat with your finger, insert the chicken beak into the hole of the knife, wait for the moving knife to fall off. Wait 2-3 seconds to stop bleeding.
4. If the knife is hot and not red, you need to check whether the knife is screwed tightly. Next, check the oxide scale of the knife. If the oxidized scales are too thick, use a fine emery cloth to remove the oxide scales.
