Feature

●Material: Tungsten steel. The material is made of high hardness and high strength cemented alloy for long life and high speed production.
●Total Length: 1.6 - 2.0 inches (40 - 50 A tip tool that attaches to a dedicated hand grinder (air grinder).
●Applications: Suitable for soft materials such as wood, carving, polishing, and plastic. Use with rotary tools such as a router drill.
●[Benefits] The cutting life of the carbide drill (number of cutting capabilities) is about 2 to 10 times the steel cutter. In addition, if the edge of the blade is worn out and cannot be cut, resharpened (re-polished) the blade will return to its sharpness like new. If you use it for more than one year you will get a total cost compared to steel cutters.
●Note: Please wear appropriate protective equipment such as protective glasses, dust mask, protective gloves, soundproof protective equipment (ear plugs). Please do not place flammable objects near the working area.

Description

There are some precautions for using, so you should be careful when processing and polishing.

1. For the best performance of the carbide drill, it is necessary to adjust the rotation speed for the cutting object.

2. The harder the material is, the lower the rotational speed.

3. Use with a higher rotational speed as small carbide drill.

4. When using, please constantly move and apply light pressure.

5. Using the rotation speed below the optimal rotation, it will lead to blade chipping.

6. Using worn tools or collets will lead to blade failure.

7. Do not submerge the carbide drill over 1/3 of the tip length.

8. The speed of rotation is too fast to wear the blade faster.
