AD654 is a monolithic V/F converter with an input amplifier, high precision oscillator system and high current output stage. With just one RC network, you can set any full scale (FS) frequencies up to 500 kHz and any full scale input voltage of up to ±30V. Linearity error is only 0.03% at a full scale frequency of 250 kHz, ensuring 80 dB dynamic range operation. The temperature coefficient of the whole device (excluding the effects of external components) is ±50ppm/℃(type). The AD654 operates on a single power supply with a voltage range of 5-36V, while the static current consumption is only 2.0mA. Low drift input amplifier (4? V/°C type) allows it to operate directly from small signals such as thermocouple and strain gauges, while also providing high input resistance (250 MΩ) performance. Unlike most V/F converters, the AD654 delivers square-wave output and can drive up to 12 TTL loads, optical couplers, long cables, or similar loads.
