How to use:
1. Insert the hook of the tool into both loops of the tier.
2. Pull the wire back straight over the tool to screw it tightly.
3. If the wire needs to be tightened, the tool will recoil / reload and pull it out again. Repeat as needed.
4. If you are satisfied with the twisted loop tie, remove the wire twister and move it to the next loop tie.
