フラット刃の採用によって切断面が山にならずに水平にカットされるので、精密部品のリード線のカッティングなどでも部品本体に不要な衝撃が加わらない。指先だけの僅かな圧力でもスムーズにカットできる特殊構造。銅線の切断専用で、最大切断能力(mm)はφ1.3mm。
