Description
By combining high heat dissipation of 0.06 inch (1.5 mm) thick aluminum and thermal conductor with high performance heat dissipation silicone pad, this M.2 heat sink can effectively reduce heat explosion. In order to safely and efficiently transfer heat from the uneven M.2 SSD substrate to the heat sink, we adopted a Japanese ultra low hardness heat dissipation silicone pad that combines extremely high conductivity and insulation. The soft and sticky surface adheres firmly to the uneven surface of the substrate, providing excellent heat conduction.
