Features:
1. They are round in a cross section. Can be used over a wide temperature range from -4°F (-20°C) to 212°F (100°C).
2. Nitrile rubber has good mechanical properties when compared to other elastomers. Resistant to many petroleum, grease, hydraulic water solutions, mineral oil, and grease.
3. O-rings provide pressure and fluid seals between cylindrical shape overlapping mating surfaces and commonly found in engines, flanges, valves, and various cylinders.
4. Do not use on ozone generating motors, welding equipment, or UV radiation applications as nitrile rubber is weak to ether, ester, ozone, sunlight, and weathering.

If you want to install a threaded spline, you need to use the mounting mandrel after stretching the O-ring. Mandrel must not have burrs or sharp edges. When installing, hold both sides of the rubber ring with both hands and rotate it with both hands. 3. Apply lubricating the product evenly before installation, use auxiliary tool to position it in the correct position before manual installation. 4.
