Thinsulate sound-absorbing and insulation is a non-woven fabric that is made with a special method of combining polypropylene microfiber with a fiber diameter of about 2 μm and a polyester short fiber of about 25 μm in diameter.
It is extremely lightweight yet bulky, and it performs not only as an sound absorbing material but also as an insulator.
When using, please apply the surface without the Thinsulate logo (smooth surface) on the outside and the side that is not processed on the back side of the sound source. There are slight reflections on the side with the logo, so the sound absorption performance is reduced.
Please use as much as possible when installing. The more layers of air, the better sound absorbing performance.
