Product Precautions

All of our products are brand new and are made from scratch. Clothing and goods products may have misalignment of the fabric characteristics, ripping, and size errors.
There may also be some stains, ink rubbing, or chalk pen adhesion.
In the case of props, miscellaneous goods, there may be slight dents or scratches due to the nature of the product.
The specifications of the parts etc. may differ depending on the production date.

Please refer to the images for standard size of the costume. As this is the standard size, it may differ from the actual size of the costume.
While some products listed actual size of the costume, the fit and size may differ depending on the type of costume. For that reason, there may be cases where you cannot wear the size you normally ordered.
There may be slight differences in the finish and size due to individual differences in material and production date.

◆There may be individual differences in material texture and color feeling, and the actual product may differ depending on the shooting conditions and your monitor settings.

Due to the above reasons, there may be cases where the product is not certified for defective products when confirming the product at our store.

Regarding shipping and delivery date:

◆Estimated delivery will be shipped within 2-3 days.
There may be cases where the order and receipt are left behind and out of stock, due to the difference of the shop. Thank you for your understanding.

Regarding order products, we will ship it by Yamato Transport from Japan within 2 to 5 weeks after payment has been confirmed.

◆Please note that cancellations will not be accepted after payment of products made to order.
Also, please note that any fees cannot be refunded if cancelled due to unusual procedures.
For that reason, the product details and the date of use may be present. Please be sure to check before payment.

◆After the order is shipped, we will contact you by email to inquiry information number.
Normally it will arrive within 2-4 business days after shipping, but due to weather failure, disaster impact and concentration of delivery, may result in undeliverable delivery and delays. Thank you for your understanding.


Regarding refunds, returns and exchanges.
