How to Use:
(1) Remove the heating pad from the bag and shake it 4-5 times.
(2) Remove the seat of the worm from the packing sheet.
(3) Peel off the seal on the wings of the worm sheet.
(4) Stick the heat generating pad to the seal on the back of the weeding sheet.
(5) Put it on the shorts and fold down the wings to stick to the shorts.

·就寝時にご使用になると表示の最高温度をこえる場合があります。また、お子様やお身体の不自由な方、皮膚の弱い方などがご使用になる場合は、特にご注意ください。
·発熱パッドが直接肌に触れないように正しく装着してご使用ください。
·糖尿病など、温感および血行に障害をお持ちの方は、やけどする恐れがありますので医師にご相談ください。
·熱いと感じたときはご使用を中止してください。
·強くもまないでください。
·外袋と内袋の角で目などを突かないようご注意ください。
·ご使用後は市区町村の区分に従ってお捨てください。
·生理中はご使用にならないでください。また、生理用ナプキンとしてはご使用にならないでください。
·他の暖房器具との併用は高温になりやすいので避けてください。
·衛生上、一度ご使用になったものは繰り返しご使用にならないでください。
·発熱時間は5~8時間程度持続しますが、体調にあわせご使用になる時間を調整してください。最初は2時間程度をおすすめします。

·直射日光を避け、涼しいところに保管してください。
·乳幼児の手の届かないところに保管してください。
