This is an alcohol-compatible cleaning solution for brown electric shavers, made in Japan. Features: Can be used as a refill for electric shaver cleaning replacement cartridges. The main ingredient of this product is made of alcohol (alcohol = ethanol) derived from 100% plant (sugarcane). High concentration of alcohol is 94% and dries quickly. The additives other than ethanol are kept to a minimum, so you can use the shaver after cleaning without discomfort. How to Use: Wash the cartridge container with water and fill the appropriate amount before using.
