Description
「ちょっとぬか漬け容器」はホーロー製。ホーローは表面がガラス質で出来ているため、においがつきにくく酸や塩分に強いので食品の保存に適している。

ぬか床は基本1日1回、夏場は朝夕の2回かき混ぜるのが理想ですが、冷蔵庫にいれておけば2~3日ほっておいても大丈夫。
