The sound quality is modeled after the MKH 416 sound which is a standard for broadcast and movie fields, and captures the core of your voice.


Compatible with Phantom 48V and AA batteries and both power supplies.
Powered by both Phantom 48V and AA batteries, it can be easily connected to a mixer or camcorder that can be powered by 48V but also with optional cable (KA 600, sold separately).


Noise Challenge
The selection of circuit designs and elements results in an amazingly low self-noise ratio that leads to an overwhelming dynamic range that is a point of sound reality.
In addition, the included microphone holder "MZS 600" uses high-quality rubber cushions, and surprisingly reduces vibration from the camera side, such as the driving sound of the lens. The built-in switchable low cut filter allows you to suppress low frequency noise such as wind noise and handling noise.
The included foam windscreen can also be used to enhance the windproof capabilities, but for outdoor use with an optional pill (MZH 600, sold separately).
In addition, please use the optional windshield kit (WS KIT 295, sold separately) for serious windshield protection in strong wind environments (such as mountain or building rooftop or soccer pitch).

Q. Does it come with AA batteries?
A No, not included. There are cases that are powered by phantom power, so AA batteries are sold separately. If you connect it to a device that cannot supply a phantom power, you will need to purchase 1 AA battery separately.


Q. Can I connect to DSLR ?
A Yes. Can be connected using the "KA 600" DSLRs connection cable (sold separately). Although we cannot guarantee compatibility with individual camera models, it supports 3.5mm mini-jack audio input on most DSLR cameras.


Q Does it come with a cable to connect to your DSLR ?
A No, not included. There are cases that use MKE 600 with XLR input devices, so the KA 600 3.5mm conversion cable for DSLRs is sold separately.


Q Can I buy the included urethane windscreen or microphone clip alone?
A is available. The urethane windscreen is named "MZW 600", and the mic clip is called "MZS 600".

Q When using AA batteries, the LED will turn off immediately when turned on. Does it malfunction?
A specifications. When using AA batteries, the LED will quickly turn off to reduce battery life.

Q I want to use it outdoors. It will cause wind noise.
