There are many pedals that make sounds like the VB-2, but if you want the original VB-2 to come back as is, then you can make it yourself with the Analog Vibrato Kit from BYOC.

This kit is the only and most realistic VB-2 clone kit.

Of course, it also has Ramp mode!
