Note:
1. Please check the flow switch carefully before installation.
2. The flow switch can be installed in a horizontal or vertical pipeline with the fluid flow direction upward, but it cannot be installed on a pipeline with the fluid flow direction downwards. If the fluid flow is installed in a upward pipeline the effect of gravity should be considered.
3. HFS flow switch cannot be used on pipes where liquid temperature is below the cohesive point.
4. If you want to fix the quick-close valve downstream, you need to install the arrester.
5. When installing the wiring, please pay attention to the following:
(1) It is absolutely prohibited to impact the wrench on the baseplate of the switch. This will lead to deformation and failure of the flow switch.
(2) Turn off power when wiring or debugging
(3) When wiring, it is strictly prohibited to adjust screws except the micro switch terminal and ground screws. Also, if you connect the wires carefully, the position of the micro switch itself will easily fall off and the flow switch may malfunction.
(4) The wiring needs to be used with special ground screws and mounting screws cannot be removed.
(5) The blade of the flow switch cannot be touched with the inner wall of the pipe or other throttle in the pipe. Otherwise, the switch will not be reset properly.
