This hall effect switch is designed to operate continuously over a temperature extended to +150 degrees Celsius with a monolithic integrated circuit and tight magnetic specification. It is more stable according to both temperature and power voltage changes.
Monopolus switching characteristics are ideal for use with simple rod or magnetic magnets. Four basic devices are identical except for magnetic switch points (3141, 3142, 3143, and 3144).
