Directions for Use:
1. When moving drums, use the hardware to secure the drum can
2. Fold the handle forward and the drum will lift up.
The angle of the handle can be fixed in 3 stages (lockable)

This is dangerous, so please do not let your hands off suddenly.
3. Allows you to flip the drum while moving the drum can.
