7 digits of color are based on CIELAB COLORMETRIC SYSTEM
Hue (H=Hue) Brightness (L=Lightness) Saturation (C=Chroma).
For hues, divide hue links 360 degrees in 10 degrees increments
90 degree is yellow, 180 degree is green, 270 degree is blue, 360 degree is red,
