This product is for laptops with a 0.37 inch (9.5 mm) thick Slimline SATA connection optical drive. The replacement HDD is 2.5 inch (2.5 mm) and you can use a SATA one. Please note that optical drives can disassemble your laptop when converting them to an HDD or SSD. Please note that the disassembly of the laptop may not be supported.
