The smaller size 6131-0010 excitation speed is 15cc/stroke, and the positive pressure of the exhaust outlet is 3psi.
Excitation speed of 6131-0020 is 36cc/stroke, and the positive exhaust pressure is 7psi.
The exhaust outlet has a movable cover that will not cut the vacuum pump from the pipeline when the vacuum is released.
