■ Shape: Hex nut (set of 2)

Hex nut for loosening and tightening using two convex and recessed nuts. The convex nut has a shape that promotes wobble action. When tightening with concave nuts, friction on the screws such as bolts and other parts of the screw to create a loosening effect.
Use a tool such as a spanner or wrench to tighten it.
■ Thread Shape: Fine
Finer than the nations most standard pitch (coarse) prescribed by ISO (International Organization for Standardization) standard. Compared to coarse threads, it has a shallow valley and a larger cross-section area which makes it less likely to loose. Please note that there are multiple sizes of pitch depending on the thickness of the screw. Primarily used where precision is required.
■Material: Iron (SCM435)
It is called chrommolybdenum steel alloy steel for mechanical structures, and is an alloy steel with good hardening properties.
Contains Cr (chromium) for better corrosion resistance than "iron".
Stronger than "iron" or "S45C".
■Surface treatment: Parka
As the general names of "black dye" and "parker rising", we use "black dye". It is oily and sticky, and it has a rust resistance that is more effective than fabric, and it does not rust easily.
Color is "Black".
Product Features:
Shape
Use 2 pieces of upper nut (convex type) and lower nut (concave type).
The upper nut is round to the bolt, but the lower nut is to the center of the bolt.
It has been polarized to prevent slippage.

Features
The lower nut has a polarized core, so the lateral force is applied when tightening the upper nut.
The friction on this male thread creates a loosening effect.
Can be hand tightened to the desired position.
Can be used repeatedly.
HLB is for bearings.
