■Care Instruction
Before using the brush, soak it in warm water about 30℃ for about 3 minutes. Brushes can extend service life when stored properly. After using the brush, you need to clean the pigment to prevent the pigment from drying out in the brush, and when not in use for a long time, you need to wipe it carefully and seal it with paper.
(1) If you do not use it for a short time, please wipe the pigment left on the brush with cloth or paper, then wash it with serpentine stone and soak it in water.
(2) If you use oil-based pigments, first clean the used brush with tarpentine. Prepare 2 plates of tarpentine. One dish is for pre-cleaning to remove the remaining pigment on the brush and the other for the second cleaning.
(3) After wiping with a snavelet stone, rub the brush with water or hot water and soap (Note: boiling water cannot be used as it will damage the metal tube of the brush). Pinch with your fingers or point the brush in your palm. Repeat the operation until the soap becomes white. After rinsing with water, trim the bristles with your fingers and wrap the tips with a slightly stiff paper. When cleaning the brush, please use a moderate amount of pressure. Otherwise, it will easily scratch the brush. The soap you use should be a weak alkaline soap to prevent the brush from hardening. Never use paint thinner. Though a worn out short brush is common for throwing out, heat the metal tube on the fire and pull it out a little to avoid changing the shape of the brush to extend the life of the brush.
