Normal Problems Q&A
Q: What separates the US English layout and JIS Japanese layout?
A: There are no keys like "half-angle/full-angle" keys, "non-conversion", "conversion", and "katakana hiragana romana". If you use the US English keyboard keyboard in a Japanese layout, input abnormalities or misrecognition may occur. Please be aware of this before purchasing.

Q: Bluetooth will not pair after power on.
A: It is highly likely to run out of power. When using for the first time, we recommend charging it for 2 to 3 hours.

Q: Bluetooth pairing is possible, but the text you want to input will appear other characters.
A: The keyboard is "English layout 101/102", and if the "Japanese layout 106/109", the partial key may be incorrect. Please change the keyboard language on your PC to "English layout 101/102".

Q: We can pair the Bluetooth, but the cursor will fly to other places when you type it.
A: When typing, the "heel" part of the hand is likely to touch the keyboard touchpad. Try turning off the keyboard touchpad function with "Fn+alt".
