Instructions:
1. Prepare the tools you need: sole sticker, small scissors.
2. Cut to appropriate length. Only the front of high heel shoes that come in contact with the ground. Usually, high heels can be applied up to 3 pairs per meter, and 2 pairs of flat-bottom shoes (heels cant stick).
3. Peel off the white backing and stick When applying, peel the side sticker off from top to bottom and deflate as much as possible.
4. Cut off the edge and hold the bottom of the foot upward, making it easy to cut.
5. After pasting, press strongly and repeatedly to make a tight seal. Please wear shoes for 24 hours after application.
HOW TO REPLACE SOLE STICKERS: First use a hair dryer to heat the insole to soften the glue, and peel it off slowly (do not remove directly to prevent damage to the surface coating of the sole).
