Glossometers are applied to ink, paint, paint, decorative materials, wood, marble, granite, abrasive brick, tile measurements, paper and other non-metallic material surface gloss test.
The gloss meter has a variety of measuring angles. In general, 20° is applied to high gloss materials, 60° is applied to medium gloss materials, and 85° is applied to low-gloss materials. Other materials use two additional angles. Measuring ceramic, film, textile, and anodized aluminum has a 45° angle and a 75° angle for paper and prints.
The 45° angle model is specified for measuring ceramic, film, textile, and anodized aluminum.
