Simply attach smartLav+ and connect to your smartphone or tablet headset terminal, then record using RODE Rec app for iOS or other audio app. (Compatible but works better with iOS apps) By using high quality omnidirectional capacitor capsules, smartLav+ picks sound equally from all directions around the microphone. The included foam pop shield helps minimize wind noise and bursting noise. The durable mounting clip and integrated cable management keep the cable in place, Kevlar® reinforced cable will never stretch or bend under normal use. The RØDE Rec has a wide range of ecologization presets to suit a variety of recording situations, with high quality editing, and ability to publish directly from the app to SoundCloud and Dropbox, allowing users to transform their iOS devices into a fully functional field recorder.
