This device is a rotary viscosometer. The rotor can be rotated at all times with a variable speed motor. When you rotate the standard rotor the liquid viscose hysteresis causes the rotor to get a torque moment proportionate to the viscosity of the liquid. Torque moment is measured by the sensor, treated to viscosity and displayed on the display.
This unit uses microcomputer technology that allows you to set the range (number of rotor and speed), and you can easily handle the data measured by the sensor, so you can clearly display the number of rotors, speed, viscosity, etc. on the LCD screen.
Instruments are designed and manufactured with 4 rotors (1#, 2#, 3#, 4#) and 4 different speeds (6 rpm, 12 rpm, 30 rpm, 60 rpm) Measure the viscosity value of the specified range.
