The LND-1 Paint Viscosity Cup is a viscosity meter that determines the viscosity of a simple liquid, making it lightweight and portable.
Principle: The viscosity measured is the condition of viscosity, which means a certain amount of samples spill out of the hole in the specified temperature and the viscosity displayed in seconds.
The following formula converts sample spill time (s) to a dynamic viscosity value (mm2 / s). 23s≤t≤150s,t=0.223μ+6.0
Correction Factor K: The viscosity measured by the corrected viscosity meter multiply K is the condition viscosity measured by the viscosometer.
Correction coefficient K must be within a range of 1±0.03. Otherwise, you will need to replace other viscosity meters.
Paint viscosity cups need to be calibrated regularly depending on frequency of use.
A more precise stopwatch is required to use. The difference between the viscosity measurement and calculated values of standard viscosity liquid from the viscosity cup should be within ±3% of the calculated values.
Precautions for Use: Do not use liquids over 150 seconds or liquids containing solids.
