The manufacturer Showa Carton has approximately 100,000 units per year and over 150 different globes in our own factory in Japan.All products are still "handmade" in the main process.Special feature is a "hand pasting" process that carefully bonds the paper.By fine-tuning and sticking the divided maps one by one, it is possible to minimize terrain distortion.This process requires extreme concentration and skill that is supported by dozens of skilled masters.
