Installation Instruction
1.Install the clamp on the handle.
For a 25.4mm handle (inch bar), attach the clamp directly to the handle. For 22.2mm handles (mm) please use the included spacers. Please use the Hex Wrench for M6 Cap Bolts to secure it securely.
2. Tighten the rotary screw if necessary.
Tighten the M4 hex screw on the bottom of the clamp for a more secure hold. If the handle bend or clamp is misaligned, please tighten and fasten it accordingly.
3.Combine with ram mount parts.
It features a 1" ball of a ram mount and can be combined with a variety of 1" ball sizes. Ask for a separate 1" ball part and combine the mount to suit your application.
4. Check for rattling etc.
After installation, please check if the clamp is not sliding or rattling. (Because of its anti-vibration structure, the base of the clamp base is movable, but it is not a problem due to its specifications.) If you find rattling etc., please install it again according to the instructions and contact us if you do not want to solve it.
Precautions
Do not remove or loosen the hex bolt on the ball. Other than the original performance may lead to damage or fall of the product.
Please do not apply chemical such as parts cleaners to the rubber part of the ball base as this may affect the nature of the rubber and affect its original performance.
This product is designed to be used with RAM Mounts 1" ball parts. We do not recommend this product in combination with other vibration countermeasure parts that may cause unexpected impact on vibration reduction and may not perform their original performance.
There may be slight variations in the rubber coating on the ball due to individual differences, but this does not affect the functionality.
