The diodes open pins are guided to the positive leads so the module does not require insulation. Direct housing is battery positive. This makes the laser DIY much easier.
Input Voltage: 3-5 VDC
Circuit board increases voltage and obtains constant current, so the input current is not the actual working current of the laser diode.
The output current can be adjusted from 30 to 300 mA.
