Product Description

SF-1 Oil-Free Lubricating Bearings are sintered in the middle while mixing porous bronze powder PTFE, rolled lead on the surface, based on a row of steel plates. It is a small coefficient of friction, wear resistance, excellent corrosion resistance and oil-free lubrication. Applications of such products can reduce costs, reduce mechanical volume, avoid shaft factors, and lower noise.

1. PTFE mixture and lead 0.01-0.03mm

2. Porous bronze powder 0.2-0.3 mm

3. Steel backing 0.7-2.3mm

4. Electrodeposition coating: tin coating 0.005mm thickness or copper layer 0.008mm.
