This is a loosening nut made by Tomiji Seiki. A friction ring (special spring) attached to the top of the nut is ground to the thread. Then along the thread, the friction ring begins to sag and press the bolt screw face. Prebeling torque (friction torque) produced by pulling forces (reverse) of the spring back and the bolt nut screw pull. This will prevent loosening action.
