Description

■Shape: Bag nut (with friction ring)
A loosening nut with a friction ring on the top of the hex nut and a domed metal over it.
The spring effect on the top of the friction ring creates friction on the screws such as bolts and other parts to prevent loosening. In addition, the screws such as bolts are not exposed than the screw hole, so they look good and improve safety.
Use a tool such as a spanner or wrench to tighten it.

■ Thread Shape: Fine
Finer than the nations most standard pitch (coarse) prescribed by ISO (International Organization for Standardization) standard. Compared to coarse threads, it has a shallow valley and a larger cross-section area which makes it less likely to loose. Please note that there are multiple sizes of pitch depending on the thickness of the screw. Primarily used where precision is required.
