Description

■ Head shape: Button cap
Rounded head with hex hole is lower and wider than regular cap bolts. In addition, the button cap may have a slightly different head height (JIS, SS), so please check the diagram/standard chart.
Hex wrench is used for tightening, so you can apply strong torque to tighten.

■ Thread Shape: Coarse [Half thread]
It is the most standard pitch in Japan as prescribed by ISO (International Organization for Standardization) standard. The most frequent distribution in Japan.
In addition, "half-thread" means that the screw is only cut from the end to the end. The length of the threaded part may vary depending on the manufacturer, size, etc.

■Material: Iron (SCM435)
It is called chrommolybdenum steel alloy for mechanical structures, and is an alloy steel with good hardening properties.
Contains Cr (chromium) for better corrosion resistance than "iron".
Stronger than "iron" or "S45C".
