The air out of the bottle prevents the wine from oxidizing and preserving it fresh.
It can also be used to store Japanese sake or soy sauce.
How to Use:
1. Insert the stopper firmly into the mouth of the bottle.
2. Set the pump on top of the stopper, and put it up and down. Slowly remove the pump when the resistance is strong.
3. When releasing the seal, defeat the protrusion in the center of the stopper.
Please store the bottle upright for storage.
