Area of Use 3: Fukushima, Ibaraki, Tochigi, Gunma, Saitama, Chiba, Tokyo (excluding the Hajime Branch of the Okawara Branch Projection), Kanagawa, Niigata, Toyama, Ishikawa, Fukui, Yamanashi, Gifuoka, Shizuoka, Aichi, Mie Prefecture, Shiga. Kyoto Prefecture, Osaka Prefecture, Hyogo, Nara, Wakayama, Tottori Prefecture, Shimane Prefecture, Okayama, Hiroshima, Yamaguchi Prefecture.

Area of Use 4: Tokyo (only within the Hachijo Branch of the Okasawara Branch Center, Nagano, Tokushima, Kagawa, Ehime Prefecture, Kaichi, Fukuoka Prefecture, Nagasaki, Kumamoto Prefecture, Oita Prefecture, Miyazaki Prefecture, Kagoshima (limited to Satsuma and Oshima region).

Area of Use 5: Kagoshima Prefecture (excluding Satvma and Oshuni), Okinawa Prefecture.
