SMC AS elbow air flow control valve is made of PBT plastic and nickel plated brass with male metric threads on the entrance port and exit port with push-to-connect tube fitting. The valve body is made of PBT for strength and light weight, and the internal metal parts are nickel plated brass to resist corrosion. This valve is designed to be placed in the downstream of the cylinder for meterout control. Air flow can be set with special tools (sold separately) to prevent unnecessary adjustments, and 10 turn needles for accurate flow control. Push-to-Connect outlet fittings allow for one-touch connection to nylon, soft nylon and polyurethane tubes. Maximum operating pressure is 145 lbs/sq inch (psi), ambient temperature and fluid temperature range is 23 to 140 degrees Fahrenheit (-5 to 60 degrees Celsius).
