Description

Flow control valve has a 90 degree angle on banjo-style body and is suitable for measuring the air flow of the outlet in pneumatic applications. Use the thumb screw with lock nut to adjust the airflow on the exit side. The banjo body is impact resistant, brass thread fittings are corrosion resistant, and Nitrile Butadiene Rubber (NBR) O-rings are resistant to oil and chemicals. The banjo body has a female push-to-connection tube end, and the stored brass fittings have a male BSP thread. The maximum operating pressure is 140 lbs/sq inch (psi), working temperature range from 32 to 158 degrees Fahrenheit. This air flow control valve is ideal for use in pneumatic applications such as laboratories, food and beverage processing, painting and printing industries.

Flow control valve manages the flow of air, water, or other fluids between pipes, tubes, hoses Two ports and adjustment screws allow you to restrict or direct flow of flow through the valve. Adjustment allows the disc to move toward or away from the center of the valve and act as a plug to limit or open the flow according to the screw adjustment. Control valve may include either a ball cone (utilizing a spring-loaded ball mounted on a conical inner surface to block flow) or a swingcheck valve (which has a moving disc on the hinge to block backflow). Flow control valves are used in a variety of applications including machine tools, planes, truck controls, and automatic production lines.
