Description
Gas table should be at least 5.9 inches (15 cm) away from the flammable sidewall in terms of fire prevention against fire leaking from cookware. If you are not able to leave it on, even if you have a flammable wall with stainless steel or tile, the inner wall is gradually burned and may cause a carbide fire, please install the heat shield.

Gas table isolation distance
In fire prevention, the gas table must be at least 15cm apart from the side of the top plate and the flammable sidewall (even with stainless steel or tile attached)This is designed to prevent fire from leaking the cookware against the wall.If you are not able to ensure more than 5.9 inches (15 cm), you will need a heat shielding plate.
