Open the cap seal of the bottle with a small knife stored in the handle.
Screw the screw into the center of the cork.
Leave the screw all around and place the metal part on the opposite side of the handle over the edge of the bottle to make a fulcrum.
Pull up the handle and pull up the cork with the principle of leverage.
